Valentina brings you her first class, in a series of 4, designed for total beginners focusing on the body alignment and breathing. Exploring some basic movements on standing, sitting, side and prone position.

Improvers & intermediate #49: Core and balance

During this full length Pilates class, we tap into the strength of our core – our Pilates Powerhouse – to assist with balancing and stabilising in various positions.

Pilates fitness #112: Interval training

A 25 minute session of 4 blocks. Each block consists of 20s of x2 exercises that are repeated x4. D’you follow? No worries – give it a go… it’ll fly by!

Express #91: Stretch and chill

Enjoy this wonderfully slow paced & relaxing session with Stephanie. Perfect for bedtime or on a rest day.
