Beginners #87: Side body and obliques

In this beginners class, Gillian focuses on the side of the body.  Stretching and lengthening through the sides of the body to ensure a balanced approach.  We often only work through the front and back of the core, but we also need to maintain strength and flexibility through the sides as well.  In addition, we work the obliques by twisting to the right and left.

Improvers & intermediate #21: Intermediate challenge

In this session Anna includes as many of Pilates 34 moves as she can in 43 minutes! It very quickly generates a sweat. By the end you should feel great. This is for the more experienced participant.
