Beginners #75: Pelvic floor
In this class, Gillian explains the pelvic floor, where it is and how to use it. Working through different exercises with the pelvic floor gently engaged. Gillian also works through the spine and hips, for strength and mobility. We also look a little bit at rolling, a challenging Pilates move but Gillian keeps it simple and easy to do.
Improvers & intermediate #09: Pilates with the ball
Have fun with Giuseppe in his full body workout using the Pilates soft ball. You will feel strength throughout your entire body, with a big emphasis on the core. The Pilates ball will help keep your body more stable and help you feel a prolonged engagement of your muscles.
Express #51: Postural correction
Mobilise and strengthen the key areas to help you correct postural challenges in under 20 minutes. Christine gives you the opportunity to move your spine in all 3 directions, strengthen your core, glutes, back and hip flexors whilst getting that much need stretch in our hips, hamstrings and lower back. Spinal bliss!
Pilates fitness #72: Flow challenge
In this 30 minute workout, we take exercises such as plank, push-ups and the 100, mix them up, and add variations and different challenges to spice up your advanced Pilates practice. Get ready to have some fun!
