Challenge your flexibility

26th November: Alignment and balance (available now)

This Pilates daily fix is an all mat based session in which we work on alignment and balance, control coming from the centre.

27th November: Abdominals (available now)

The entire Pilates daily fix is based on the floor, targeting all the abdominal muscles, in both holding positions and moving. Including everyone’s favourite… the ‘100’.

28th November: Hips (available from 5am 28/11/23)

Hip mobility and strength, using a number of classic Pilates moves Anna brings both into this 10 minute session.

29th November: Back & glutes (available from 5am 29/11/23)

In today’s Pilates daily fix, Anna will be working across the back and into the glute muscles. Strengthening those lower back muscles and switching on glutes.

30th November: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 30/11/23)

Using mobility techniques to isolate the shoulders we then challenge their strength. Starting either standing, kneeling or sitting, we the make our way to the floor.

1st December: Twists (available from 5am 1/12/23)

Twisting is critical to our mobility and posture. Using many of the moves prescribed by Pilates and a few mobility techniques we twist and turn ourselves into shape.

2nd December: Flexibility (available from 5am 2/12/23)

From sitting, we challenge the flexibility of our whole body, it’s not just about touching your toes you know!
