27th August: Alignment and balance (available now)

In today’s Pilates daily fix, we will start on our knees for the spine warm up, then we progress to a 4-point kneeling challenge using the core to balance and control.

28th August: Abdominals (available now)

Anna will take you through a mat based 10 minute session, which targets the whole abdominal area. Learn to do the “100” in a more effective way.

29th August: Hips (available from 5am 29/8/23)

Working on both strength and flexibility/mobility through the hips. All of this short session is based on the mat.

30th August: Back & glutes (available from 5am 30/8/23)

The gluteus maximus is the biggest muscle in our body, but often the laziest. In today’s Pilates daily fix we work on switching on those glutes using a bridge. This also brings in work from the back and articulates the spine.

31st August: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 31/8/23)

Anna takes you through this standing session, as we mobilise and strengthen the shoulders while aligning the spine.

1st September: Twists (available from 5am 1/9/23)

This session brings in work for the oblique muscles which are responsible for our twisting motion. The waist should feel worked after just 10 minutes.

2nd September: Flexibility (available from 5am 2/9/23)

A whole body session, using compound moves to stretch and lengthen throughout the body.

IA#1: Pilates for intermediate and advanced: Matwork burn!

Welcome to your first class of this series with Stephanie. This is a fast paced challenging class with lots of core work, but options are provided, allowing you to choose between intermediate and advanced.
