16th July: Alignment and balance (available now)
To begin this week’s Pilates daily fix we start seated to warm-up the spine. We introduce the small ball, working on balance by standing on one leg. Please note, the small ball is optional.
17th July: Abdominals (available now)
Working on stability and strengthening the muscles of the abdominals. This routine will leave you feeling challenged but strong.
18th July: Hips (available from 5am 18/7/23)
In today’s Pilates daily fix we transition between strengthening and stretching the hips. So if you have tight hips or sore hips, this class will be of benefit.
19th July: Back & glutes (available from 5am 19/7/23)
In today’s Pilates daily fix, we start with some clams to work the glutes. Moving onto all 4’s we continue the exploration.
20th July: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 20/7/23)
Stretching the shoulders we loosen them off and then we work on the strength. Next we move to the spine, working on flexibility.
21st July: Twists (available from 5am 21/7/23)
Beginning with spinal twists and saw. Then moving to a couple of challenging routines to target the obliques.
22nd July: Flexibility (available from 5am 22/7/23)
Our bodies deserve the opportunity to stretch. Take this 10 minutes to yourself and luxuriate in stretching the whole body.
