In this workshop styled class, we delve into the foundational Pilates techniques in order to understand why we employ these, exploring not just the what and how, but also the why. A useful class to help deepen your understanding of your body, enhancing your Pilates practice.

Pilates fitness #79: Pilates with the loop
Increase the intensity of your practice by adding the loop (or a tied resistance band). This session with Giuseppe is great fun and will target all the major muscle groups giving you a total body workout.
