Beginners #110: The breath

Let’s start at the very beginning by introducing you to the breath. Giuseppe teaches you how to connect your breath and movements. This will help you feel the starting point of posture improvement and strength building throughout your body.

Improvers & intermediate #44: Core work

In this 45 minute session, with Anna, we work our core muscles quite hard indeed. Focus on quality of movement and breath to aid the movement.  Everyone should feel this.

Express #86: Full body

Cover the main muscle groups in just 20 minutes with Christine. A short yet effective practice to help restore and retain good posture.

Pilates fitness #107: Abdominal galore!

This is a challenging abdominal focused class, with lots of combinations to keep your body guessing! We also work the shoulders and back towards the end of this class, before finishing with a lovely stretch out.
