What’s new in your member area this week

Check out our new Pilates on demand classes below which have been added to your member area this week.

Beginners #20: Pilates basics

Enjoy this slow paced session to introduce and recap the Pilates basics. Giuseppe will guide you through some of the original exercises to perform them with full awareness with correct postural alignment and balanced engagement of the muscles.

All levels #34: Full body express

Christine covers all of the major muscle groups in this session with a particular focus for pelvis stability. Enjoy options for beginners through to advanced in under 30 minutes.

Pilates fitness #17: Full body fitness

This standing fitness session with Anna covers the core, abs, balance, legs, bums and arms… everything in just 35 minutes. You will use controlled movements to challenge and improve your fitness.

Flexibility & mobility #9: Hip stretch

Feel the benefits of strengthening and stretching your hips with Stephanie. This class will help your posture, reduce stiffness and even discomfort in your hips and lower back.

CanRehab Pilates #3

In this CanRehab Pilates class, you will be using a chair for stability but also for some functional moves. This is a great option if you’re having a less energetic week whilst on treatment or are just feeling like a change! The more you keep moving, the less your muscles will weaken and the easier it is to come back from treatment.

Pilates for Osteoarthritis (3/6) #3

Enjoy this chair based workout with Stephanie. This session has a lovely flow to it, including lots of stretching exercises to help the muscles relax that surround inflamed joints.
