PF#144: Pilates Fitness challenge - Timer blast (6/6) (available now)

My favourite session! We use a 20:10 interval timer—20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest—rotating between two exercises, repeated four times before a one-minute break. It’s energising, fun, and over before you know it. Just a mat required, with plenty of exercise options to suit everyone.
