II#69: Full body ball flow (available now)

Start and end on your feet with this feel-good Pilates class with Lisa, weaving in delicious spinal movement and balance work throughout. In between, your core and lower body will get seriously fired up in the best possible way. A ball is used in this class but don’t worry if you don’t have one, you can still enjoy every moment of it.
