Beginners #122: Move into ease

Move into ease with Christine as she guides you through this restorative mat class. She starts with a pre-practice observation by providing questions for you to think about as you begin the class. She then flows through gentle movements that will allow you to feel grounded, buoyant, and supported.

Improvers & intermediate #56: Resistance band

Join this class to work your shoulders, hips, and your core muscles. Valentina guides you through a series of exercises using the resistance band as an alternative to the reformer.

Express #98: Stretch and strengthen

Short on time and can’t decide whether to work on your flexibility or to strengthen your core.  Why not try this versatile 20 minute class with Gillian which will leave you feeling stretched out and strong. If you have a strap, it would be useful but not essential.  I’m using a fixed belt but a stretchy band or just a dressing gown tie will work just as well.

Pilates fitness #119: Pilates HIIT

In this energy boosting class, we move through 10 Pilates based exercises lasting 1 minute each, incorporating a warm-up & cool down. Get ready to work!
