AL#107: Full body flow (5/8) (available now)

Welcome to the fifth session in Sarah’s ‘Full body flow’ series. A dynamic full-body Pilates session using light weights to build strength, control, and coordination. The focus is on progressive movements from the four – point kneeling position, targeting the core, shoulders, and glutes. Expect flowing transitions, mindful resistance work, and full-body activation.
