AL#104: Full body flow (2/8) (available now)

Sarah’s second class in her Full body flow series, delivers a dynamic and challenging full-body workout, combining traditional mat exercises with the option of light hand weights to enhance resistance and deepen muscular engagement. Focused on precision and control, the session introduces the Series of 5; a core-strengthening sequence targeting the abdominals; broken down with clear instruction and modifications to suit all levels. Movements are performed slowly and intentionally, emphasising breath, alignment, and body awareness to maximise effectiveness and prevent momentum from taking over. Expect to feel stronger, more connected, and thoroughly worked from the inside out.
