Planks, teasers and rollovers

10th September: Alignment and balance (available now)

Improve your alignment and balance, by focusing on your hips and shoulders alignment with Valentina.

11th September: Abdominals (available now)

Today Valentina uses the Pilates ring to work a combination of spinal curls and twists.

12th September: Hips (available from 5am12/9/23)

Follow Valentina’s series of leg circles in three different positions, focusing on your hip mobility and strength.

13th September: Back & glutes (available from 5am 13/9/23)

Enjoy Valentina’s series of movements for back and glutes strength. She increases the challenge with the assistance of the resistance band.

14th September: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 14/9/23)

Today Valentina works on spinal articulation and shoulder mobility and stability, moving through three plank exercise variations.

15th September: Twists (available from 5am 15/9/23)

Release tension within your back by following Valentina’s rotational exercises. She starts with the neck and works down the spine, ending with a nice rocking movement for a relaxing finish.

16th September: Flexibility (available from 5am 16/9/23)

Enjoy Valentina’s series of stretching movements that involves almost every part of the body in just 12 minutes.

IA#3: Pilates for intermediate and advanced: Mat flow

This class takes place down on the mat, strengthening the whole body, with a particular focus on the abdominals, and utilising them to support the body in various exercises and shapes. We move into planks, teasers and rollovers, so get ready for lots of fun!
