If you are challenged by Diastasis Recti, join Giuseppe to practice this short and simple sequence of exercises. He will help you to strengthen your transversus abdominis which will encourage the ab muscles to come closer together.

A chair based session with Anna, that will work your whole body. Using a chair to add an extra dimension. It should build a sweat too… win win!
