Beginners #80: Spinal articulation

A beginners class with Gillian, concentrating on the back of the body. “Spinal articulation is the ability to move the bones of your spine, or your vertebrae, in segments, piece by piece, sequentially” This involves moving it backward and forward, and it’s an important function for your everyday movements. As ever, we will also make sure we work through the entire body.

Improvers & intermediate #14: Pilates flow

Feel energised and stronger in this workout with Giuseppe. It will help you improve your posture by mixing up intensity and rhythm, making it fun to follow. The session finishes with a relaxing stretch section, focusing on your neck and upper body.

Express #56: Hips

Follow this express session with Christine to maintain and increase the mobility in your hip sockets. You will move, strengthen and stretch all of the muscles we need to strive towards good hip health.

Pilates fitness #77: Getting fitter with a gym ball

A 30 minute session with Anna using a gym ball to improve and intensify the moves.
