Join Christine to train mobility, strength and flexibility throughout the body. This session covers the full body with a particular focus on connecting core strength with spinal articulation and stretching your hamstrings.
All levels #52: Full body Pilates
This full body workout with Giuseppe will leave you feeling strong, energised and centred. Find new ways to get results as Giuseppe introduces progression options including using the band and/or pole. Follow Giuseppe’s advice and you will find new fun ways to strengthen and mobilise your body whilst staying within the Pilates fundamentals.

Join Christine for this full body session in just 20 minutes. We hit harder options earlier to bring quicker results in less time.
Back health #13
Join this Pilates session with Giuseppe to reinforce the back; he focuses on spinal mobility and will guide you through a sequence of exercises to free your back from tension.
Pilates fitness #35 (2/3): Hand weights fitness: lower body
Join Christine for the 2nd class in our ‘Hand weights fitness’ series. This session focuses on strengthening the large muscles in the lower body: the glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves. This series is the perfect introduction to using hand weights in your practice.
