Beginners #35: Alignment

New to Pilates? Join Christine to explore what ‘good alignment’ not only looks like but more importantly, what it feels like. You will start with a thorough standing set up and experience the impact of small shifts in balance. You will then move to the mat to become aware of alignment in our supine, side, prone and sitting positions.

All levels #49: Full body Pilates

Join Giuseppe to tone and work every part of your body. This workout has a big focus on strengthening your core which will help you gain definition, keep your lower back healthy and strengthen your pelvic area.

Back health #10

Strengthen your ‘Pilates Powerhouse’ for a strong and supple back. In this session with Stephanie, you will target the abdominals, back muscles and glutes, working your way towards a healthy back.

Express #11: Core

Feel the benefits of strengthening your core in this workout with Christine. You will train your abs, obliques and tranverse abdominis, to improve back mobility, balance and body control.

Pilates fitness #32: Exercise ball workout

This fitness session with Anna utilises the exercise ball. The challenge in this class is to work the abs, legs and glutes using the ball. Enjoy a great sense of achievement after this session.

Flexibility & mobility #24: Stretch workout

Improve your flexibility in this stretch workout with Christine. After a gentle mobilising warm up, Christine will guide you through a full body flexibility session leaving you feeling relaxed yet energised throughout your body.

CanRehab Pilates #18

CanRehab Pilates #18 is a chair based session that would also suit those with more limited mobility or flexibility. The first 80% of the session uses the chair from either seating or standing. The final 20% is set on the floor.
