What new classes do we have for you this week?

Check out the new classes below which have been added to your member area this week.

CanRehab Pilates #1

Join Anna’s first CanRehab Pilates class with us. Be sure to watch her short intro video before starting the class to ensure these classes are right for you and learn the benefits of practicing Pilates during and after your treatment. Anna offers many options for each exercise so do what feels good for you and leave this class feeling energised.

Pilates for Osteoarthritis (1/6) #1

Join Stephanie in our first class specifically designed for members with osteoarthritis. You will gently mobilise the whole body throughout this standing class.

Beginners #18 Core flow

Christine focuses on working the core, challenging you to push yourself and step out of your comfort zone so you can find more strength from within.

All levels #32 Strength & mobility

This whole body Pilates workout will strengthen, stretch and mobilise you. You will start gently by connecting breathe to movement, mobilising the spine and then flow into your strength and stability training.

Pilates fitness #15 Pilates conditioning

Join Anna for this body conditioning class that uses Pilates exercises at a quicker pace. You will leave the class feeling stronger and energised.

Flexibility & mobility #7 Flexibility flow

Christine will challenge your mobility, flexibility, and balance in this stretching class. Bring length to your body as you allow yourself to relax into the stretches.
