Beginners #118: Beginners Full Body Flow (4/4)

Bringing Valentina’s 4 part beginners series to a close, today she guides you through 16 exercises from the classic Joseph Pilates repertoire. She adapts all of the exercises to a beginners level. Starting from the one hundred and finishing with the push up, Valentina maintains the focus on the quality of your movements and neutral alignment.

Improvers & intermediate #52: Mobility flow

A 40 minute session with Anna, that begins with a warm up and then quickly becomes more challenging. From standing to lying, from sitting to kneeling. Challenging strength, coordination, mobility and flexibility. By the end you’ll feel fabulous!

Express #94: Full core routine

Enjoy this beginner’s routine that targets the full core (abs, back & glutes). Lisa guides you at a lovely slow pace making the exercises easy to follow and accessible for all.

Get ready to work the side of your body.  We work the front and back body a lot, in this class we concentrate on the side of your body.  It’s important we keep every part of our body strong and flexible for overall fitness.  So, let’s get started and target the obliques and side body.
