Check out our line up of new classes which are now available for you in your member area.

Beginners #45: Core strength

This is a beginners and improvers session but works well for all levels too. The session focuses on matwork and really gets into the core muscles. Enjoy this session with Anna.

All levels #59: Full body flow

Giuseppe challenges you in this session, including some advanced exercises. Enjoy the feeling of stretching your limits whilst focusing on core stability, strengthening and using control.

Express #21: Shoulders, neck & arms

This session is all about the shoulders, neck and arms. All the work is standing so no need to have a mat at all, you can just press play and go. Great for tension release, by the end of this 20 minutes, you will feel looser, but stronger.

Back health #20

This class is taken entirely face down, in prone position, strengthening the back muscles, as well as the abdominals in order to support your lower spine. From gentle stretches to planks, your back will feel great after this class with Stephanie.

Pilates fitness #42: Ab blast

Challenge your abdominals with fun combinations in this quick Mat workout with Christine. She starts immediately with Plank variations and then she moves onto other sequences that target your core. Have fun!

Flexibility & mobility #34: Roll it out!

This session is perfect for a rest or recovery day. Discover the many benefits of myofascial release (a technique that focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points). You will need a foam roller or grid for this class with Stephanie.
