Beginners #79: Concentration and precision
Have fun and enjoy with this beginner 45 min Pilates workout. You’re going to move, stretch and strengthen the body while connecting to your deep breathing pattern. Moving from one exercise to another, feel the core connection in each exercise and be precise in all the exercises.
Improvers & intermediate #13: Improve your Pilates stamina
An all-round Pilates workout, incorporating a standing warm-up to build up heat and strength, moving down into planks, press ups, an abs series and of course, some stretching out to relax! Options are provided so that you can work up or down, with one exercise flowing into the next maintaining momentum.
Express #55: Upper body
A short 20 minute session with Anna, that focuses on the upper body, creating strength and length in the muscles of the neck, arms and shoulders.
Pilates fitness #76: Advanced Pilates
Flow through some advanced exercises in this Mat workout by Christine. She teaches a traditional class that will improve your strength and mobility so that you are ready for anything that comes your way.
