Improvers/Advanced #12: Leg day (available now)

Gillian’s ‘Pilates for Advanced’ series begins with a session that focuses on the legs, hips, and the entire lower body. During this class we will do short warm-up and then move to the floor to continue to fire-up the legs. If you have a Pilates ball, use it, otherwise just do the same moves without it.
