Pilates for Osteoporosis #6 (6/6) (available now)

Lisa is here with the final class in her Pilates for Osteoporosis series. This week we add in some challenging exercises to improve co-ordination, balance and strength. Start standing, then on knees and finish with a few abdominal moves. Weights are optional. We really hope you have felt the benefits from these sessions.
