AL#110: Full body flow (8/8) (available now)

In the final session of the series, we bring together everything we have learned, combining strength, control, and flow into a well-rounded, full-body workout. We will revisit key exercises with deeper awareness, focusing on breath, alignment, and smooth transitions. This class is about integrating all the principles we have practised, moving with purpose and confidence. To finish, we will end with a fun, uplifting sequence and a gentle cooldown, celebrating your progress and the journey so far.
