Beginners #104: Control with the ball
Follow Giuseppe’s class that has been adapted for beginner and early improvers level. He uses the Pilates softball to help you tone and strengthen your body in a controlled and supported manner.
Improvers & intermediate #38: Posture perfect
This fifty minute class is completely mat based, working through the whole body at a controlled pace. We finish with movements to really strengthen the back, shoulders and arms, improving how you hold yourself. You’ll feel taller after this one!
Express #80: Long and strong
In this Express class, Gillian works on long lean muscles. Concentrating on lengthening the muscles in the arms, legs and torso. Working through the entire body with specific attention to elongating the muscles as we go.
Pilates fitness #101: Calorie burn
Work every part of your body in this Pilates fitness class with Giuseppe. You will burn calories, strengthen your core and mostly importantly, feel great!
