February Step Challenge results are in!

Well done to everyone who took part in our our ‘February Step Challenge’! We would like to say a huge thank you to those of you who shared you progress and weekly updates on our Facebook social group. Your positivity and commitment helped your fellow members of our community to stay focused throughout the challenge especially during the cold and snowy conditions, not to mention home schooling and lockdown restrictions! Despite the challenges throughout the month, we all came together and spurred one another on to achieve our personal daily step target.

Collectively, we reported some fantastic results with many benefiting from a consistent approach to exercise.  In addition to the challenge helping individuals to form a new routine with increased levels of activity, many also reported that the challenge helped them to achieve a more positive mental outlook.  Check out some of our member’s accountability posts and results by clicking here.
