PF#141: Pilates Fitness challenge - Chair challenge (3/6) (available now)

Using a stable dining chair and two small dumbbells, this session works the whole body with a gentle cardio lift. Anna begins with spinal mobility, then uses the chair to add resistance in both seated and standing positions.
