AL#109: Full body flow (7/8) (available now)

In the penultimate session of Sarah’s ‘Full body flow’ series, we continue building on everything we have practised so far, with a strong focus on rotational movement to enhance spinal mobility, core strength, and coordination. We will explore dynamic twists and spirals throughout the body, encouraging deeper engagement and control. For those looking to level up, light hand weights can be added to increase the challenge and deepen the work. This energising class sets the stage for our final session, refining technique while adding variety and intensity.
