Check out this short video with Christine (and her assistant!) where we offer advice to help improve your posture whilst walking. By making adjustments to your posture you can breath deeper, be lighter on your feet, prevent injury and achieve results quicker.
During lockdown we have all become aware of the importance of exercise. In addition, getting exercise outdoors in the fresh air has many proven benefits. Benefits include:

Our challenge, which is aimed at all levels of fitness, gives you individual accountability as you are encouraged to commit to your own daily step goal.
