Beginners #107: Start your Pilates journey

Join Giuseppe’s slow pace Pilates class for beginners. This class is an ideal start to your Pilates practice. Giuseppe talks about the basic principles throughout the class so you get the most from your movements. He offers a good balance between having fun and feeling like you have worked.

Improvers & intermediate #41: Brace Yourself!

In this class, Gillian concentrates on the transversus abdominus (TrA). The deepest of the 6 abdominal muscles which extends between the ribs and the hips. We find these muscles, engaging them as we work through bracing exercises.

Express #83: Ease your lower back

A gentle & relaxing class to help release lower back tightness & stiffness, suitable for all. Great for dipping into whenever you feel the need.

Pilates fitness #104: Bootylicious!

This Pilates fitness class with Giuseppe, offers a well rounded workout that is easy to follow, good fun with a little difference by adding the very popular, foam roller. It is a fast paced class to lift your heart rate and will certainly leave you feeling motivated and energised!
