GROUP PILATES CLASSES
We are delighted to bring our Pilates Classes to Morningside. We start our first block of classes at The Eric Liddell Centre from Wednesday 18th August. Spaces are limited so book now to avoid disappointment! We look forward to welcoming you!

Each of our Pilates group classes are 50 minutes long and taken by one of our fully qualified and experienced Pilates instructors. You will receive clear and motivational guidance whilst practicing Pilates with us. Our instructors offer many modifications options throughout the classes to ensure you feel comfortable and challenged as you progress. Our venue are handpicked to ensure you are practising in a safe and relaxing environment to enhance confidence, relaxation and the physical benefits to your practice. We currently recommend that you bring your own mat to class, however, we can provide clean mats and bands for you to use if you wish.
