Sports specific #15: Pilates for sciatica - 2/4

In Valentina’s second class in her ‘Pilates for Sciatica’ series, she explores pelvic movements and helps you to find the neutral position of the pelvis. She also guides you through spinal articulation exercises whilst resting your feet on a wall, which is a very good support when challenging your back mobility.
