19th November: Alignment and balance (available now)

Lisa invites you to grab some light weights and challenge your balance by adding in some arm work.

20th November: Abdominals (available now)

This Pilates daily fix will take you through different “plank” variations showing that you always have options.

21st November: Hips (available from 5am 21/11/23)

Today’s Pilates daily fix works our hips while side lying and ends with some different hip stretches.

22nd November: Back & glutes (available from 5am 22/11/23)

Lisa takes you through a Pilates daily fix that includes strengthening for glutes as well as a release. Back work also included.

23rd November: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 23/11/23)

Some nice spinal movement to start with, then a shoulder workout (optional hand weights). Today’s Pilates daily fix is done standing.

24th November: Twists (available from 5am 24/11/23)

Lisa warms up your spine then adds some twists in to some popular Pilates moves.

25th November: Flexibility (available from 5am 25/11/23)

A stretching session to enjoy anytime. We will stretch out back, legs and hips. Enjoy!
