Daily fix #22: Alignment and balance (available now)

First, we find our foundation, then we challenge it. Flowing in a variety of directions, we try out some balances.

Daily fix #23: Abdominals (available now)

No resting today, straight into it, working through a range of simple but effective abdominal exercises.

Daily fix #24: Hips (available from 5am 24/1/23)

Moving our hips, we stretch and strengthen them. Functional movements to keep our hips happy and healthy.

Daily fix #25: Back & glutes (available from 5am 25/1/23)

Who doesn’t like to work the glutes, right?  However, sometimes we neglect our back body, you won’t after this class!

Daily fix #26: Spinal & shoulders (available from 5am 26/1/23)

Start by releasing tension, we hold onto a lot in our shoulders and neck.  Then we lengthen the spine, making it feel stretched and spacious.

Daily fix #27: Twists (available from 5am 27/1/23)

Twisting our spine to keep it healthy, then we move to the abs and hips. Twists leave us feeling energised and enlivened.

Daily fix #28: Flexibility (available from 5am 28/1/23)

After a challenging week of Daily Fix’s you deserve this.  Enjoy this delicious stretch, making your muscles feel lengthened and stretched.

Sports specific #13: Pilates for cyclists - Resistance

In this final class, we work on resistance training, great for cyclists to build upon bone and muscle density. Options are provided so that you can work to your own level.
