Introducing the Pilates principles: Breath B#51 (1/6)

Discover the original Pilates principles in this 6 part beginners series with Gillian Sandilands. In your first session, Gillian introduces you to lateral breathing and how to connect this to your movements. This series is suitable for the absolute beginner and for those wishing to recap on the basics.

Express #27: Glutes & quads

This session is a full body Pilates session executed in just 20 minutes, so if time is of the essence, this is the ideal class for you. All moves are mat/floor based and the focus will be on the legs and glutes.

Challenge yourself full body workout AL#65

In this class we utilise a block or book in order to increase intensity. Challenge yourself with the fun standing sequence, incorporating balance & lower body strengthening. Work at your own level as Stephanie offers options for each exercise.

Flexibility & mobility flow FM#40

Enjoy Giuseppe’s 30 minute workout to improve your mobility and flexibility. After the warm up and light mobilisation phase, we go into the main phase where we will mobilise all the muscular groups with emphasis on the lower back, glutes and core.

CanRehab Pilates #21

This is a specialist session for all those with a cancer diagnosis. The class is split into 3 sections which can be completed independently or run as one full session.

Back health #26

Love Your Back!  Take time to ease out & gently stretch your lower back with Stephanie, whilst strengthening your upper back & glutes.  You’ll feel refreshed after this one, beginning & ending with a relaxation.

Ab attack PF#48

This is a face paced class which lasts 20 minutes and focuses entirely on the abdominal muscles.  It should create a burn in that six-pack. What a great feeling…!
