HOW DOES IT WORK?
HOW TO QUALIFY FOR A ‘MAKE-UP’ SESSION
You can inform us of your planned absence by following one of the steps below:
- Inform your instructor when you are at class. Your instructor will update our digital register to formally mark your future absence.
- Update your absence using our customer portal. Please scroll down this page for details on how to sign up for our customer portal.
- Email our admin team at [email protected] to inform them of your planned absence.
Please be aware that our ‘Make-Up’ session service only works efficiently when we are informed of planned absences in advance. By recording your absence in advance, it allows the class space to be freed up for others to use.
Make-up sessions can only be used in the same calendar month as your ‘regular class’ absence.
Make-up sessions cannot be carried forward into the following month, so please manage your class bookings within good time.
Make-up sessions can only be used where availability allows.
We encourage everyone to mark their planned absences (even when they don’t plan to use a make-up session themselves) at their earliest convenience, so we can offer as many ‘make-up’ sessions as possible.
HOW TO BOOK A ‘MAKE-UP’ SESSION
We highly recommend using our Customer Portal, which allows you to manage your account with us through the ThinkSmart Portal mobile app. Not only does the portal allow you to book and manage your make-up sessions, but it is also a great way to keep on-top of your class enrolment information and monthly bill payments.
- Select ‘CODE‘
- Enter our Company Code: VBETGGAQ
- Scroll to the bottom and select ‘Register New Account‘
- Input your details and create a password
- Enter ‘Submit Registration’
- Enter your verification code which will have been sent to your email (please check junk/spam folder if required)
If you already use our customer portal and have registered previously, please simply sign in.
Step 1: Mark your planned absence –
- Select ‘Classes‘
- Select ‘Notify Absences‘
- Select relevant date and reason
Step 2: Choose and book your make-up class –
- Select ‘Classes‘
- Select ‘Book Make-Ups‘
- Select ‘Book Make-up‘ on relevant absence date
- View ‘Make-Up’ class options
- Select & amend relevant filters/dates if required
- Select your chosen make-up class by clicking ‘add to cart‘
- Select date and select ‘OK’
- Submit request and select ‘OK’
You will receive an automated email response to confirm your make-up class booking.
Alternatively, you can request a make-up session by emailing us at [email protected]. When emailing us, we endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours of your request. Please be aware that make-up requests will be managed in a first come first served basis.
