The benefits of private Pilates sessions start from having the teacher’s undivided attention and support. The session will be tailored to your individual needs and goals.
We recommend a private session for anyone new to Pilates. This 60 minute session will include a health screening, goal-setting discussion and posture review where the teacher can assess what exercises will be most beneficial to the client.
